As a member of the interdisciplinary Pain & Palliative Care team, the NP provides expert assessment and management of pain and other distressing symptoms, facilitates goals-of-care discussions, supports complex medical decision-making, and promotes quality of life for patients and families. The Pediatric Pain & Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) is an advanced practice provider who delivers comprehensive, family-centered care to infants, children, adolescents, and young adults with acute, chronic, complex, and life-limiting conditions.
