Eligible providers who join Community Health Center Inc. may qualify for valuable financial assistance programs, including NHSC Loan Repayment, SUD Loan Repayment, Nursecorp LRP as well as the Connecticut Student Loan Repayment Program (CT SLRP)-which mirrors the HRSA-administered National Health Service Corps (NHSC) program and other HRSA supported workforce incentive initiatives designed to recruit and retain healthcare professionals dedicated to community-based primary care. Provides outpatient and preventative medical clinical care consistent with evidence-based best practices in non-traditional healthcare settings like mobile health vans, shelters, food banks, migrant farms and in home, including all CHCI sites.
