You’ll meet daily personal care needs in a way that reflects our mission and values; anticipate, identify, and report care needs; and supervise and administer prescribed medications under the direction of a licensed nurse—following the “five rights”: right resident, right dose, right time, right medication, right route. Champion daily living with dignity: Provide timely assistance with ADLs—bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, toileting, ambulation, laundry, and mealtime support—tailored to each resident’s preferences (hair combed, shoes tied, etc.).
