p>Purpose To provide consistent and continuous assistance and care to residents and to assist licensed nursing staff with treatments and care of residents as ordered or needed. Assists residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and all ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) as needed during shift.
li> NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required. Provides and documents assistance to patients with activities of daily living and maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.
