Maintain and repair production equipment including the proofer, oven, cooling tunnel, spiral freezer, building, outside premises, and other equipment; Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment during production and non-production hours as scheduled; Maintain and repair refrigeration and HVAC systems; Observe and diagnose equipment malfunctions and issues with PLC's; Responsible for maintaining the maintenance shop and equipment; Assemble and disassemble production equipment; Design and fabricate specialty items needed for production and/or production equipment; Follow all company safety rules including LOTO, arc flash, and OSHA guidelines; Participate in technical courses or seminars for professional development as needed; Maintain inventory of parts and supplies; Comply with incident reporting policies and procedures; Adhere to Plant's security and safety policies and procedures; Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers in professional manner, display a pleasant demeanor and be responsive to the teams' needs; Provide training to new team members when requested; and.
