This position is critical to ensuring that simulation is intentionally designed, consistently implemented, and effectively utilized to demonstrate student competency, including achievement of End-of-Program Student Learning Outcomes (EPSLOs) and Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs). The Simulation Coordinator serves as the lead resource for simulation-based education, driving the integration of high-fidelity, low-fidelity, and virtual simulation technologies to enhance student learning, clinical judgment, and workforce readiness.
