Reporting to the Clinical Leader or Clinical Manager and under the direction of the practice providers, the Clinical Practice Nurse 2 delivers expert, comprehensive patient care including assessment, treatment, planning, and care evaluation, and mentors and teaches others to the role of practice nursing. The Clinical Practice Nurse 2 engages in caring relationships with patients, families, and caregivers, works collaboratively with the health care team, and uses sound judgments while performing nursing interventions.
