The position involves providing specialized care for postoperative cardiac surgery patients, including those who have undergone procedures such as CABG, MVR, or AVR, as well as managing complex cardiac conditions and supporting immediate open-heart post-operative recovery. Patient Care: Focused on post-op cardiac surgery patients, including management of inotropic medications, hemodynamic monitoring, open chest care, ECMO, CRRT, IABP, and other complex cardiac procedures.
