Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse license; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; current experience recovering postoperative cardiac surgery patients in an intensive care setting; experience with ventilators, continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), Swan-Ganz catheters, epicardial wires and pacemakers, vasoactive drip titration, Level 1 intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP), and extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO); prior experience in a dedicated open-heart unit receiving patients directly from the operating room. Additional Information: The role involves caring for patients recovering from cardiac surgery, cardiac transplantation, lung transplantation, ventricular assist device placement, and other complex procedures.
