The manager works closely with the Director of Acute Care, medical staff, directors and department managers, nursing supervisors, clinical staff, OB department physicians, ancillary staff, registration, Medical Records, clinical analysts, Materials Management, & Human Resources. As a manager & role model, ensures that team members understand the patients’ needs & provide courteous individualized attention to patients, visitors, & fellow team members.
