Ensures client care is delivered according to established care guidelines, Plan of Care, physician and non-physician practitioner (NPP) orders, agency policies and procedures and meets insurance and payer requirements. Plans, directs and participates in the delivery of client care services, including case assignment, delegation of tasks, case conferencing, ordering medical supplies, and visit scheduling activities.
