Must meet one of the following requirements: Successful completion of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program OR: Completion of one semester of clinical rotations within an accredited nursing program OR: Completion of the Allina Health Nursing Assistant Academy Program OR: Previous direct patient care experience. This includes floating to MedSurg, Telemetry, Mental Health, Emergency Department, Neurology, Orthopedic, and Spine units, as well as specialized areas such as Courage Kenny Rehabilitation, Cardiac Intensive Care Units (ICUs), Neuro ICUs, and Medical ICUs.
