Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of high-acuity postpartum experience; Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications; compact nursing license in hand at submission; required Electronic Medical Record (Epic) experience; high-risk obstetric care experience; experience with magnesium sulfate therapy, Pitocin, Foley care, postpartum hemorrhage, cesarean section recovery, episiotomy or incision care, fundus, lochia and perineum care, vaginal delivery, and substance withdrawal; ability to manage up to four couplets during census surges. Interdisciplinary support includes intravenous therapy, physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, transportation, and unit secretary services.
