Required Qualifications: At least 1 year of operating room experience; current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications; a compact nursing license in hand at submission; experience with the Epic electronic health record; and proficiency with operating room procedures and skills, including general surgery, gynecology, obstetrics and gynecology, orthopedics, plastics, vascular surgery, ear, nose, and throat procedures, total joint replacement, neuro/spine procedures, abdominal and vaginal hysterectomy, appendectomy, cholecystectomy, colon resection, hernia repair, laminectomy/discectomy, lumbar fusion, open and closed fracture reduction, thyroidectomy, tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy, tracheostomy, Whipple procedures, and other listed surgical interventions. Experience circulating in ear, nose, and throat, general surgery, total joint, neuro/spine, obstetrics and gynecology, orthopedic, plastics, preoperative, and postoperative cases is preferred.
