As part of the Riddle Endocrinology team, you will partner closely with providers, patients, and the broader care team while using your clinical judgment in telephone triage, medication refills, patient follow-up, and ongoing support of individualized endocrine care plans. In this role, you will support patients managing diabetes, thyroid conditions, and other endocrine-related needs through care coordination, patient education, medication management, and timely communication that helps promote positive outcomes.
