PRIMARY FUNCTIONS (Including but not limited to): Our RN's are responsible for the overall operation and optimal quality of care for the residents on the assigned unit. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Contacts the resident's physician and family to notify them of a change in the resident's condition or accident/incident; also notifies the supervisor covering.
Overview: Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Nursing, the RN Supervisor is responsible for providing nursing oversight and case management to a designated home/caseload so as to ensure that all medical/nursing needs are being addressed.
