Overview: Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Nursing, the RN Supervisor is responsible for providing nursing oversight and case management to a designated home/caseload so as to ensure that all medical/nursing needs are being addressed. The RN Supervisor provides clinical direction and training to LPN staff and participates in rotating on call schedule so as to ensure 24-7 availability to LPN and AMAP staff in the program.
