Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree required Master's degree preferred 1+ years of experience in consulting, project management, technology or finance required 3 + years relevant experience preferred Experience in data compilation, analysis, data management, project management and consultative leadership preferred Licenses, Certifications & Training: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. As part of the newly formed execution office, the business analyst is responsible for establishing performance structures, solving complex challenges, providing data-driven insights, developing presentation materials, communicating across the HR Leadership Team, and accelerating strategic initiatives.
