A. Graduation from a regionally accredited or NYS registered college or university with a Bachelor's degree or higher in food service management, dietetics, family and consumer sciences, nutrition education, culinary arts, or a closely related field and two (2) years of food service experience in an institutional setting, one (1) year of which have been in a leader capacity; OR. Graduation from a regionally accredited or NYS registered college or university with an Associate's degree in food related service management, dietetics, family and consumer sciences, nutrition education, culinary arts, or a closely related field and four (4) years of food service experience in an institutional setting, one (1) year of which have been in a leader capacity.
