The Food Service Supervisor completes office procedures related to diet orders, supervises production, cafeteria and/or office personnel, orients, trains, instructs and advises personnel in routine work procedures and use and care of equipment. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care, based on physical, psychosocial, education, safety, and related criteria appropriate to the following age groups: neonate/infant, children, adolescent, adult, and geriatric.
