You will be responsible for coordinating client services, monitoring service delivery, assisting with staffing and scheduling, conducting home visits, completing required documentation, addressing client concerns, and helping ensure each individual receives high-quality, person-centered support. The ideal candidate will have experience working within an SLS program, collaborating with Regional Centers, supporting IPP/ISP implementation, coordinating staffing and client services, maintaining compliance with Title 17 requirements, and ensuring accurate, timely documentation.
