Position Responsibilities:** + Manages and integrates employee activities across more than one, occupational health, safety, and environmental discipline + Manages the planning and implementation of occupational health and safety, environmental programs/processes, environmental property assessment and remediation, chemical analysis, evaluation of chemical processing activities and/or related support functions + Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives + Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements + Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports + Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes + Manages, develops and motivates employees **This position is expected to be 100% onsite. + 5+ years of experience in Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** + 5+ years of experience in leading teams in a formal and/or informal role + Certified Safety Professional (CSP) **Conflict of Interest:** Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process **Drug Free Workplace:** Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace (DFW) where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
