Medical Gas Project Support Administrator Atlas Copco ABMedical Gas Project Support AdministratorRock Hill, SCResponsibilities include the following- Develop and maintain a good working relationship with customers • Perform general order Intake functions • Answer incoming phone calls and e-mails from customers, salesman and manufacturer representatives • Respond to inquiries regarding ship dates • Prepare submittals to include specifications, installation drawings, general assembly drawings and electrical drawings for projects as requests are received. • Coordinate preparation of submittals on special design equipment with the engineering department • Maintain a record of all submittals • Prepare O&M manuals • Document the quote system when submittals and O&M manuals have been prepared and shipped • Provide support as necessary to project managers and serve as a back-up to project management team when colleague is out of office • Participate in employee development programs including product and application training, business and personal development.
