Serve as the first point of contact, representing GLY with professionalism and excellent customer service Greet visitors, determine the nature of their business, and direct them appropriately Answer, screen, and route incoming calls; provide general company information as needed Coordinate conference room schedules and support meetings, including catering and setup Manage incoming/outgoing mail and packages (USPS, UPS, FedEx, courier) Perform corporate purchasing and monthly credit card reconciliation, coding expenses appropriately Maintain clean, organized common areas; restock and manage office supplies and equipment Support teams with document preparation, scanning, filing, and database maintenance Order project drawings and assist with general office needs Run errands and support special requests (valid driver's license required) Assist with coordination of onsite and offsite events. Ideal Candidates Will Have:
1-3 years of office support, customer service, or related experience Experience with multi-line phone systems (preferred) Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
