This role provides hands-on leadership on the production floor, manages project execution from planning through completion, and ensures materials, labor, and financial resources are aligned to deliver high-quality work safely, efficiently, and on budget. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related technical field, or demonstrated equivalent experience , required.
