JOB SUMMARY: The Industrial Services General Foreman is responsible for providing front-line leadership and supervision to field crews engaged in conveyor belt installations, rubber repair, and related process maintenance activities for mining, oil & gas, and heavy industrial clients. The General Foreman supports the Industrial Program Services Superintendent by coordinating daily work activities, mentoring tradespeople, and maintaining a strong focus on quality, productivity, and safety.
