Report pertinent observations and reactions regarding patients to the appropriate person (i.e. physicians, head nurse, charge nurse, or nursing supervisor) and record those observations accurately and concisely. Units/clusters include: University Hospital, Women's Hospital, Children's Hospital, Missouri Psychiatric Center (MUPC), Missouri Orthopaedic Institute (MOI), and Capital Region Medical Center (CRMC).
