Required Qualifications: Active registered nurse licensure; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications; minimum of 2 years of Progressive Care Unit experience; cardiac rhythm interpretation, chest tube, lumbar drain, tracheostomy, and intravenous medication titration skills; strong patient communication and education skills. Clinical Responsibilities: Provide care for patients with respiratory compromise, sepsis, renal failure, bleeding disorders, congestive heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pneumonia, and general medical-surgical conditions.
