Care Coordination: Schedule multidisciplinary appointments, track diagnostic tests, and align treatment plans across various specialties including speech therapy, physical therapy, radiation oncology, hematology oncology, surgeons, endocrinology, dentists, audiologists, etc. The employee must possess/obtain (by the end of the orientation period) and demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide developmentally appropriate assessment, treatment or care as defined by the department's identified patient ages.
