Job Summary and Qualifications You will be responsible for any and all balance sheet reconciliations, financial statement analysis, performing of intercompany accounting, processing of various physician billing, processing of various patient transactions, cash transfers, preparation of various financial reports, implementation and review of Corporate and Division financial policies, assisting in writing Accounting policies, and any other duties as assignedYou will ensure that financial statements are properly stated by following HCA Accounting Policies and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, and ensure that balance sheet accounts are reconciled and that the Balance Sheet Review Guide is completed appropriately and in a timely mannerYou will establish processes and procedures for completing assigned work accurately and assist in the completion of the monthly close processYou will ensure that closing procedures are completed timely and accurately and assist in the completion of quarterly SOX compliance audits What qualifications you will need: High School Diploma RequiredBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance RequiredBachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting RequiredTwo years of previous computer experience preferredTwo years of previous general ledger accounting or bookkeeping preferredCERTIFICATE/LICENSE: None required Benefits HCA Healthcare, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
