Payroll Accounting & Financial ReportingReconcile payroll-related general ledger accounts including: Payroll clearing accountsWage accrualsPayroll tax liabilitiesBenefit liabilitiesUnion fringe benefit liabilitiesPTO and accrued compensation accountsAnalyze payroll variances and investigate discrepancies. This position serves as a subject matter expert for payroll accounting and collaborates closely with Operations, Human Resources, and the Finance Team to ensure payroll-related transactions are properly recorded, reconciled, and compliant with all federal, state, local, union, and company requirements.
