This position organizes and reviews all aircraft data relating to the TCI, aircraft flight times, aircraft log pages, and maintenance activities that have been performed on the aircraft to ensure proper airworthiness in accordance with CFRs.\n \nEssential Functions\n\n Daily audit all of Line Maintenance, RON Maintenance, C-Check, stations, MCC, Technical Services, and Maintenance Planning entries online and in approved maintenance record database\n Ensure all maintenance records entered into the ERRP System are received into the correct maintenance record database by the appropriate department daily\n Perform real time audits (to include mechanic sign-offs, aircraft manual references, etc.) of all completed RON or ADHOC (OOS/AOG)/Line Maintenance Work Packages for completion, accuracy, and data entry into FMIS.\n \nOther Functions\n\n Accurately audit and enter into FMIS all aircraft parts transactions, or, if previously entered into\n FMIS, verify all entries are in agreement with documentation provided (Maintenance Logbook) or are properly documented and accounted for, (i.e., Maintenance Logbook pages, Non-Routines)\n Track discrepancies and escalate at certain intervals to ensure corrections are performed and uploaded to the ERRP System\n Answer daily requests from departments looking for DFPs or times/cycles on components\n \nQualifications\n\n High school diploma or GED\n Preferred - associates degree or equivalent work experience\n Preferred - Previous records experience either Aviation, Legal, or Medical\n \nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\n\n Proficient with Adobe, Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Excel)\n Must demonstrate behavior that portrays the company core values of Safety, Respect, Trust,\n* Collaboration, Value, and Passion while communicating with personnel and acting on behalf of the company\n \nEquipment Operated\n \nCopy machine\n \nDocument scanner\n \nDesktop computer \n \nWork Environment\n \nTypical office environment, adequately heated and cooled\n \nPhysical Effort\n \nPosition requires strenuous physical work.
