Lead core team and project decision making by leading team assessments of options and trade-offs (such as balancing customer value, budget, resources, and business case), leading team preparations for Phase Gate and other Go/No-Go decisions by executive leadership, and actively managing project stakeholder needs, communications, and engagement. The role entails facilitating critical trade-off decisions, proactively surfacing and mitigating risks, preparing leaders for high-impact phase gate decisions, and actively managing the project budget through forecasting, tracking actuals, and course-correcting as needed.
