p>In This Role, You Will: Execute the Feasibility Package and Design Agreement end-to-end using Actons defined playbooks and processes Lead feasibility, project development, and Project Agreement review meetings directly Own the homeowner relationship throughout Feasibility Package and Design Agreement execution Own and execute site inspection coordination, evaluation, and follow-through Assemble early project estimates using established BuilderTrend templates and incorporate site/utility scope Coordinate project-specific site plan creation through CanIBuild Prepare Project Agreement documents and drive qualified projects to signature Conduct pre-meeting temperature checks to surface concerns before review meetings Maintain internal software (BuilderTrend & CRM) and keep visibility on both Sales and Project Management KPIs Identify risks, misalignment, or uncertainty early and escalate appropriately Communicate clearly and consistently with internal teams to ensure clean handoffs into design Be open to learning and applying the Acton Sales System, coached directly by the Head of Sales.
