Ensure all necessary partners and work streams are established during the beginning of the project (e.g., process design, readiness, reporting, QA, testing, etc.).Coordinate with partners to track resolution of post install defects identified within project warranty period; ensure stability of process and transition to BAU.Support Program Manager and Portfolio Manager in documenting Program/Project health every month, using the Strategic and Execution and Financial Health conditions, and present to senior leaders when status necessitates.
