The Outside Plant (OSP) Project Manager oversees the end-to-end design, construction, and maintenance of fiber optic and copper networks, typically handling budgeting, customer relations, and communications, project planning, scheduling of resources, quality assurance, field team management, field crew expertise, team mentoring, etc. As a key employee, the Project Manager must observe a high level of fiduciary responsibility and will work with project management leadership to control assigned contracts, department budgets, cash flow, percentage of completion reports, billings, expenditures, and required labor and equipment.
