To succeed in this role, you will bring: 5-8 years' experience in complex technology, regulatory and commercial work, preferable working within a similar large firm environment with a focus on larger, transactional deals and complex regulatory and advisory matters; strong experience in drafting technology contracts and agreements, and providing advice on the supply and procurement of goods or services in the digital, technology, telecommunications and media sectors. Our lawyers work across borders and practice areas to advise providers and users on technology, outsourcing, digital regulation, data privacy, information management, communications and mobility issues - designing compliance programs to protect critical business interests and using novel structures for new technology offerings.
