A bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience supporting communications, marketing, or digital content initiatives • Demonstrated experience maintaining and updating websites, including content revisions and basic page builds (WordPress or comparable CMS) • Experience creating or editing basic graphics and templates for digital use (Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva) • Experience drafting, editing, formatting, and proofreading written communications for diverse audiences (e.g., newsletters, announcements, web content) • Exceptional organizational and project management skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff and students • Manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and can adjust to changing priorities and needs • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) • Familiarity with HTML and form builders (e.g., Gravity Forms). Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: • Assist with monitoring, maintaining, and updating the Division websites, ensuring that all information is current and relevant • Assist with drafting, formatting, and proofreading Division communications and marketing materials (e.g., newsletters, event announcements, Life at Wharton LCDs) • Support Divisions frontline communication needs, including moderating class listservs and Life at Wharton monitors, and responding to communications-related inquiries • Assist with developing, documenting, and disseminating communication policies, procedures, and best-practice guidelines for staff and student organizations • Coordinate content (print, digital, audio/visual) development with the associate director and program staff.
