This role acts as the key liaison between Superintendents, Foremen, Project Management, and Field Operations leadership, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with Hays Electrical’s KPIs, WIGs, and cultural initiatives. Ensure effective implementation and use of project tools: Procore (observations, QA/QC, documentation), Bluebeam (markups), Open Space (progress tracking), and labor trackers.
