You'll work closely with field teams, project leadership, subcontractors, and clients to strengthen jobsite safety, reduce risk, support compliance, and build a culture where every team member can work safely and confidently. Partner with project leadership, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to monitor safety performance, support OSHA inspections, maintain contract safety requirements, and help reduce corporate EMR.
