You will serve as the day-to-day field leader responsible for safely delivering high-quality projects on schedule, coordinating all trades, driving accountability, and resolving problems before they affect budget, schedule, quality, or facility operations. This role is ideal for a superintendent with strong wood-frame construction experience who can confidently lead all field operations on predominantly single-story, and occasionally two-story, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, senior living, and related healthcare projects.
