Read and understand construction contracts • Manage consultant agreements and deliverables • Attend meetings with contractors, utilities, grid operators • Manage Owner Site Team of 8+ consultant personnel • Develop project trackers to manage the quality and commissioning process and performance testing • Track delivery of owner supplied materials and ensure that the milestone payments and contractual notices are completed • Assist Project Finance team in compiling monthly documentation such as external progress reports, lien waivers, invoices, subordination agreements, estoppels, warranties and supporting documentation • Liaise with the Owners engineer, manage the deliverables per the project schedule and ensure compliance with technical specifications • Prepare weekly internal reports for executive level discussions • Review and manage EPC engineering documents (IFP, IFC, RFI, submittals, transmittals, as-builts) and ensure they are answered or cleared in a timely manner • Mentor Associate Project Managers as they progress in their careers. • Weekly and monthly budget review and reporting including: forecast cash flows, invoice review, lien waiver review, actuals, accruals, forecasts • Review and monitor schedules from different parties and ensure they are fully aligned • Track owner, contractor, and 3rd party deliverables in the EPC contracts and land contracts.
