In this role, you'll work closely with a Sales Manager and Team Leader to support the sales process by building relationships with customers, answering questions, demonstrating vehicles, coordinating test drives, and providing an outstanding delivery experience. We're looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the friendly face that welcomes customers, guides them through the vehicle shopping process, and ensures they leave excited about their new purchase.
