JOB DUTIES (Detailed Statement of Duties and Responsibilities): The Technical Project Manager(TPM) will ensure proper project governance, project monitoring, schedule management, issue tracking and resolution, implementation of corrective actions, status reporting, and ensuring the quality delivery of all products, services, and/or results through strict adherence to all EOTSS, EOHHS, MassHealth’s IT, Security, Quality Assurance, Change Management, and Release Management policies and practices. This includes reviewing, approving, and signing off on all project deliverables, including but not limited to: gathering technical and business requirements;discovery, design, implementation, and testing phases from system design through coordination of system training, piloting, and go-live activities.
