In addition to resolving inquiries, troubleshooting, and making account changes; this role plays a key part in identifying opportunities to enhance the customer's experience through upselling wireless products and services - such as plan upgrades, device features, add-ons, and promotions tailored to meet their needs. You will deliver world-class customer service to inbound callers as well as utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot and solve customer concerns with both empathy and efficiency.
