Multi-Channel Outreach ExpertPurpose-Led SellingSales-Driven & Tech-Savvy As the Outreach Benefits Advisor, you play a pivotal role in driving patient growth within your designated market. Your main responsibilities include establishing and nurturing relationships with key lead and referral sources in the community, converting leads into patients, and educating them about the benefits available through the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA) and Radiation Exposure Compensation Act (RECA). You’ll be proactive in signing new service agreements and adept at navigating paperwork processes. Serving as a knowledgeable resource on company services, you’ll offer tailored guidance to potential claimants and clients, serving as their initial point of contact and assisting them throughout the eligibility process. Responsibilities:
1. Attending in-person, online, and phone appointments.2. Make outbound sales calls and enter and maintain lead and opportunity data in CRM.3. Contact, follow up, and convert leads provided by marketing, sales, leadership, and your individual efforts into patients.4. Determine potential eligibility for services and educate them about benefits under the EEOICPA and RECA.5. Prepare documents and written communication with leads.6. Develop and maintain relationships with sources to identify potential patients and generate leads locally.7. Manage the entire sales process from sourcing to securing patient enrollment, ensuring compliance with company policies.8. Build and maintain positive working relationships with local lead sources.9. Monitor and maintain sales metrics, including data entry in the CRM, to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.10. Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen as applicable by state.11. Perform other duties as assigned.12. Ensure adherence to all company policies throughout the sales process. 

Qualifications:
<ol start="1"><li>Relationship-Centered Sales Success</li><li><ul><li>At least 2 years of experience in consultative or relationship-based sales, ideally within Home Health, Department of Labor (DOL) programs, or other service-oriented industries.</li><li>Proven track record of success by building long-term trust with clients, not just closing deals.</li></ul></li><li>Trusted Communicator</li><li><ul><li>Ability to build rapport with a unique audience — many of whom are retired or disabled energy workers seeking support and clarity.</li><li>Empathetic listener who can explain complex benefit programs in simple, respectful terms.</li></ul></li><li>Phone & CRM Experience</li><li><ul><li>Confident and professional in phone-based outreach, with experience using CRM tools and call center systems to manage and nurture client relationships.</li></ul></li><li>In-Person Engagement & Community Presence</li><li><ul><li>Comfortable meeting with individuals or small groups at events, union halls, or local community gatherings.</li><li>Understands the power of face-to-face interaction in developing trust and credibility.</li></ul></li><li>Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills</li><li><ul><li>Strong written and verbal skills, with a natural ability to connect on a human level, regardless of background or education level.</li></ul></li><li>Self-Starter with a Service Mindset</li><li><ul><li>Able to work independently while remaining committed to a shared mission.</li><li>Motivated by purpose — not just numbers.</li></ul></li><li>Organized & Reliable</li><li><ul><li>Strong follow-through and time management to ensure no client falls through the cracks.</li></ul></li><li>Tech-Savvy & Adaptable</li><li><ul><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and comfortable learning new tools to better serve clients.</li></ul></li></ol>

Pay Range:

Overview:
The Sales Leader is customer obsessed with strong product knowledge and visual presentation skills.   Implements and follows the store business plans and ensures operational processes are executed through collaboration with the Store Manager and team.  Serves as a role model and provides guidance to the team in presenting excellent customer behaviors to maximize sales. This position requires a high level of comfort in building rapport through customer and team interactions.   

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Leads, supports and values customer selling in both the in store and online (ship to store) shopping experience </li><li>Leads and supports a customer obsessed culture that prioritizes selling behaviors by proactively Greeting, Re-engaging, Educating, Adding on and Thanking each customer. </li><li>Understanding your role in sales growth and how you contribute and impact store profitability</li><li>Has interpersonal savvy to read cues and respond appropriately to every customer to create an exceptional in store experience </li><li>Educates each customer on loyalty programs, current promotions and merchandise assortment to support building the basket </li><li>Supports the company by being a brand ambassador at all times by treating all customers and co-workers in a respectful and professional manner while supporting a common goal</li><li>Leads by example, supports, and holds team accountable to all company policies and procedures</li><li>Executes Manager on Duty (MOD) job responsibilities such as, but not limited to: opening/closing procedures, team supervision, figure eights, etc. </li><li>Assists in freight processing, maintaining an organized stockroom, the execution of merchandise presentation directives, pricing and the accuracy of inventory levels</li><li>Champions and demonstrates a commitment to Kirkland’s Home Values: Customer Commitment, Caring Culture, Winning Attitude, and Innovative Spirit</li><li>Perform other duties as needed</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED; college preferred</li><li>Minimum 1 year management experience in a retail or service industry preferred</li><li>Strong communications skills and customer selling experience required</li><li>Energetic, people and results oriented, competitive with a drive to succeed</li><li>Valid Driver license</li><li>Ability to handle and transport company funds to the bank location designated by Kirkland’s. Transportation of company funds will be conducted in a manner that does not place the funds in a vehicle with any non-Kirkland’s employee </li><li>Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally</li><li>Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings</li><li>Ability to read and interpret company directives, handbook, and manuals</li><li>Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the business needs of the store</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team</li><li>Must be able to ascend/descend a ladder to retrieve and stock products on the shelf or to hang overhead banners/product</li><li>Frequently positions self to retrieve and stock products in the stock room and sales floor and to place merchandise in bags</li><li>Must be able to constantly stand and move around the store for prolonged periods to greet and assist customers</li><li>Must be able to frequently communicate with the customers in person, electronically, and telephonically</li><li>Must be able to frequently move merchandise, 50 pounds or more to and from the stock room to sales floor </li><li>Must be able to operate a Point of Sale system, registers and hand held devices efficiently and accurately</li></ul>
