Ability to effectively use and train others to use various tools to produce multimedia content (e.g., screen recording, audio recording, design platforms, H5P or other authoring tools, interactive lesson platforms, interactive whiteboards, collaborative tools, virtual meeting platforms, and third-party educational tools). Demonstrated effective curriculum design and course design experience, including creating a learner-centered experience by defining clear, measurable learning objectives, aligning assessments with these goals, structuring content into manageable modules, and adequately incorporating technologies for course design and development.
