The Learning Catalyst will support the Colleges degree and non-degree educational mission by teaching credit and non-credit programs; developing offerings in systems thinking, learning organizations, organizational change, leadership and innovation, knowledge management, continuous improvement, lifelong learning, and learning sciences; mentoring learners; contributing to strategically aligned curriculum development; and integrating emerging research and best practices into instruction.
