The Recruitment and Retention Coordinator, in collaboration with Deans, Program Chairs, Academic Affairs leadership, and supporting departments, is responsible for coordinating activities related to the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing support of full-time and adjunct faculty. Works collaboratively with Academic Affairs leadership, the Vice Chancellor of Ivy+ CareerLink, Human Resources, and other relevant stakeholders to support the recruitment and retention of excellent full-time and adjunct faculty.
