What your day-to-day will look like: Serve as the primary client contact for all soft services operations across industrial, Class A office, and airport facilities, building trusted relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service delivery. You'll oversee third-party vendor relationships, coordinate rebids, onboard new service providers, and drive projects of varying scales-all while collaborating cross-functionally with teams in projects, finance, operations, sourcing, and safety.
